Job Overview

Capita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) is seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join their team. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Support the implementation of network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network solutions.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT staff.
  • Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and changes.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with network hardware and software.
  • Awareness of firewalls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
