We are seeking a skilled Clinical Director to join our community dental team in Somerset. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental services, managing operational aspects of the service, and working closely with the Somerset teams to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality dental services in line with the Trust's values and governance frameworks.
- Manage the operational aspects of the dental service, including clinical governance and performance targets.
- Work closely with the Somerset teams to provide guidance, advice, and support to local colleagues and the wider service.
- Collaborate with the Consultant in Special Care Dentistry/Clinical Director and Specialists to shape the future of the dental service across Somerset and Dorset.
