SEN Tutor Opportunity
This SEN school in Cranleigh, near Guildford, is seeking a qualified teacher with QTS to join their dedicated teaching team. The school provides a supportive and inclusive environment for autistic children aged 4-19 and has been recognised for its outstanding education.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised curricula to meet the unique needs of each pupil.
- Facilitate pupil engagement in extracurricular activities and promote real-world applications of theoretical knowledge.
- Utilise behaviour-driven approaches to improve pupil outcomes and quality of life.
- Provide personal care assistance and promote healthy habits among pupils.
- Monitor pupil progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Contribute to breaktime responsibilities, including playground supervision and snack periods.
What We Offer:
- An attractive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
