Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resourcing Administrator to join our Resourcing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specific legal practices and business team roles, including direct responsibility for paralegal recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for specific legal practices and business team roles, including paralegal recruitment.
  • Drive candidate attraction and build engaged talent pools using direct sourcing methods, marketing materials, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines that align with business requirements and the talent/people agenda.
  • Contribute to the recruitment agency performance review process led by the Resourcing Manager.
  • Provide recruitment advice and guidance to Partners, hiring Managers, and HR Business teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Develop and promote our employer brand and marketing materials.
  • Promote and develop our applicant tracking system (Infinite Brassring) globally.
  • Train line managers and interviewers.
  • Develop induction content and presentations.
  • Manage internal promotion processes.
  • Provide management information and data analytics.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable direct sourcing experience, including developing talent pipelines for lawyers and business teams and reducing recruitment costs.
  • Creative thinker about new ways of working and understanding how things may change in talent acquisition and responding to this accordingly.
  • Experience of managing resourcing projects, especially around process improvement and innovation.
  • Experience of online candidate applicant tracking systems (ideally Infinite Brassring).
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
