About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Support Specialist to join our team at Trident Group. As a Senior Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing early and targeted support to aid the recovery and resilience of people with multiple vulnerabilities.

About You
We are looking for individuals with relevant experience in providing specialist support that may and will cover a range of activities:
- Excellent communication skills as well as a customer focussed approach are essential
- Proven ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, both statutory and non-statutory
- Experience of agile working across locations to support a case load of customers
- Experience in facilitating customer involvement
- IT Literate and competent with Word, Excel, Support Planning Software and database management and creation
- Maintaining accurate records that capture identified outcomes and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadline
- A flexible approach to working within a shift pattern environment
- An empathetic nature with the passion to support vulnerable young people
Trident Group has over 60 years' experience of delivering homes, services and innovation for up to 8,000 people in over 3,600 homes in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands. The Group employs more than 750 staff, works with over 150 volunteers and provides training places and apprenticeships for many more. The Group has an annual turnover of more than £37m and owns assets close than £190m.
The Group consists of;
- Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
- Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity delivering person-centred care and support services. These services include supporting people within registered care, domiciliary care, people with learning difficulties, those with mental health needs, young people at risk, older people, BME groups, people at risk of being homeless, those seeking employability, education and training opportunities and those fleeing domestic abuse.
