Diagnostic Equipment Technician Lead

Key Responsibilities- Ensure seamless operation of high-value capital equipment in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.
- Liaise with laboratory managers and technicians from the NHS and private scientific organizations to address technical issues and provide exceptional customer support.
- A strong background as a field service engineer or technical support engineer with extensive experience working on high-value capital equipment.
- Qualification in electronics or a related field.
- Familiarity with diagnostic systems, medical devices, laboratory systems, scientific equipment, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
