Test Plan Development and Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Plan Developer to join our team at our Ipswich facility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test plans to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability.

As a Test Plan Developer, you will work closely with senior engineers and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements, develop and execute tests, and analyze results to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing test plans to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability;
  • Collaborating with senior engineers and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements;
  • Analyzing test results to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards;
  • Communicating test results and recommendations to senior engineers and other stakeholders;

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field;
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices;
  • Experience in designing and implementing test plans, protocols, and procedures;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

Estimated salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
