Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Urban Planning Professional to support our clients in delivering innovative planning projects. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our experienced planners to provide expert advice on town planning and development.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from initial research to planning application submissions, and gain exposure to all aspects of the planning process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of planning projects, including research, data analysis, and report writing
  • Collaborate with experienced planners to develop innovative solutions for clients
  • Contribute to the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and other associated documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Planning, Geography, or a related discipline (MRTPI accreditation is desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
