We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
