Main Duties

The successful candidate will lead the development of services for young people, ensuring they are at the heart of what we do. This will involve acting as an advocate and source of support for young people, working flexibly to provide a varied programme of personal, social and educational developmental activities. The role will also involve project management and audit projects.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have experience of working as a youth worker in an acute health setting, with a Youth Work Degree and 3-5 years post-qualification experience. They will also have experience of developing programs to support transition to adult services, and be able to organise and facilitate day and residential visits/outings with young people.
