Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Technical Professional to join our Engineering function as an IT Roadmap Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the technical quality, standards, and creation of Technical Roadmaps within a product and/or software platform.



Key Responsibilities


  • Implement modern technology standards, design, and practices along with agile values and principles to help the team achieve expected outcomes and predictability.
  • Contribute to the technical advancement and controls within the Engineering function.
  • Develop, implement, and track metrics to measure and improve quality and productivity.
  • Browse and build IT Technical Roadmaps and visions.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Extensive experience in Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of coding standards and architecture.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and location.
