We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our HR Operations Team as an HR and Operations Coordinator. This is a busy and varied role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR Operations Team, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assist with the delivery of HR operational processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of good practice throughout the employment life cycle and apply it to ensure HR processes are carried out effectively and with a high level of attention to detail.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide a high-quality service to staff and students, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong IT literacy and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional manner.
- Experience of working in an HR environment, with a strong understanding of HR good practice and procedures.
- Ability to develop and maintain an understanding of good practice throughout the employment life cycle and apply it to ensure HR processes are carried out effectively and with a high level of attention to detail.
