Regulatory Case Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare case plans, advise on procedural or evidential issues, and correspond with defence
- Ensure factual evidence is obtained and manage investigatory caseloads
- Interview witnesses, instruct experts, and review expert reports
- Prepare hearing bundles, attend conferences, and present cases to committees
**What You Need to Succeed**
- Experience in regulatory law and case management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
