About the Role

Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing is proud to be working with Chivas to help push their recruitment drive to bring in talented engineers into their engineering department. We are looking for Maintenance Engineers, with an electrical bias, to support operations in achieving performance levels in bottling machinery and equipment and supporting planned maintenance and Continuous Improvement activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in all continuous improvement initiatives, initiating, implementing, and following up on A3 projects in a continuous improvement environment. You will also provide administrative support to the team through effective written and verbal communication and ensure continuity of work priorities and information flow during on-shift.

The ideal candidate will hold recognized trade qualification and be qualified to HNC level with qualifications in Electrical/PLC/Automation. You should have proven experience and knowledge of PLC/Automation, as well as, electrical controls and programming skills. Additionally, you should be able to show effective Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus shift allowance, health and lifestyle benefits, and discounts. If you are a skilled engineer with a passion for electrical maintenance and a desire to work in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.
