About the Role

LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our client's Specialist School for pupils aged 5-16 with SEN needs. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and social development of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities.
  • Contribute to the development of a holistic and creative curriculum that meets the needs of all students.

Requirements

  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs is desirable, but not essential.
