Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, and drive sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Manage the Front of House operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profit growth, including upselling and promoting menu items.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and health and safety.
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to coordinate all aspects of the Front of House.
  • Perform other duties as designated by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Supervisor or Duty Manager in the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
