About the Role
Tesco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of pharmacists, and contributing to the overall success of our pharmacy business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and private services to customers
- Play an active role in our charity support program, providing advice and support to customers in need
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues
- Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries to drive business growth
- Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Passion for leading and empowering a team
- Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
- DBS check (organized by Tesco)
