Waking Night Concierge Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Concierge to provide a safe and secure environment for our tenants at Sue Starkey House in Tower Hamlets, London.

As a Waking Night Concierge, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the building and its occupants overnight. Your duties will include:

  • Reception cover and responding to tenant queries
  • Conducting regular health and safety checks
  • Securing the building and monitoring visitor access and CCTV
  • Liaising with the Out of Hours team regarding tenant support needs
  • Providing practical advice and support to tenants

This is a unique opportunity for those seeking interesting waking night work, with shift patterns of 8:00pm to 7:00am, 3 or 4 nights per week.
