Payroll Administrator Job Description

This is a short term contract position that requires a skilled Payroll Administrator to manage both monthly and weekly payrolls.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Compiling accurate and timely payroll reports.
  • Preparing and verifying time sheets and employee data.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Participating in the yearly pay review process and ensuring accurate data is passed to finance.

We require someone with previous payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The salary for this position is up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer flexible working arrangements.
