We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead in the Early Intervention Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to individuals experiencing first episode psychosis.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care plans for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. This will involve working in the community to support people in their homes, as well as in hospital settings.

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered Mental Health Nurse with up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health care. You should have previous experience of working with people with psychosis and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for further training and development within the role. We also have a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
