At beBee Professionals, we are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our production facilities maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine and preventive maintenance on our machinery, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on all manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems before they occur.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Previous experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive health and pension benefits, as well as ongoing training and certification programs to support your professional development.
