About Us: A well-established GP Practice delivering care to over 10,000 patients. Our clinic is conveniently located with free onsite parking and excellent motorway links for easy commuting.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Providing expert clinical leadership in respiratory care and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular health checks and monitoring the health of patients with chronic conditions and comorbidities in line with practice protocols.
  • Collaborating with the Quality Outcomes Framework Recall Team to optimise QOF performance and contributing to the delivery of general practice nursing services.
  • Working closely with The Diabetes lead to manage Diabetic Patients and providing an adult and child immunisation service.
  • Monitoring and auditing various aspects of the nursing service as required.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
