Resource Planning & Forecasting Analyst

Longreach Recruitment is seeking a skilled Resource Planning & Forecasting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing short to mid-term forecasts and capacity plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models using Excel and Erlang methodologies.
  • Lead the forecasting process, providing detailed analysis of customer drivers, seasonality, and contact patterns.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Planning team to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Support the development of the budgeting process and future demand planning cycle.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce management and capacity planning.
