Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Porter to join our team at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and our guests, while also providing exceptional guest care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests
  • Carry out regular Fire Walks each night
  • Set out ambient breakfast items in the morning, ensuring a high level of presentation
  • Interact with guests at welcome and departure, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Get involved in the Kitchen to prepare room service orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Requirements
  • Be yourself and take pride in your work
  • Be detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
