About the Role:

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.37, rising to £15.74 after six months. As a trainee bus driver, you'll have the opportunity to work with an experienced team and our Arriva Training School to gain the skills and qualifications needed for full CPC training. With potential for overtime, you can choose to take on additional hours if desired.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with regular customers
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth operations
  • Meet safety and quality standards

About You:

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering great customer experiences and want to make a positive impact in their local community. You'll need to be over 18 with at least 6 months' driving experience and no more than 6 points on your licence. The role will involve shift-based working, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
