HVAC Recruitment is seeking a skilled Commercial Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, joinery, plumbing, or electrical work, with experience in a commercial environment. Key responsibilities include providing a reactive and proactive maintenance service, ensuring all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance, and meeting key performance indicators. The successful candidate will also be responsible for carrying out modifications and installations, liaising with sub-contractors and external suppliers, and maintaining tools and equipment to an appropriate standard. A NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade is essential, as is previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are also desirable.
