**Key Responsibilities**

The Academic Registrar will be responsible for being the intermediary between IATE and partner university UEL and psychotherapy/counselling regulatory bodies UKCP, BACP, and HCPC. They will also oversee the safe running of panel/academic processes, ensure course documentation complies with University standards, and prepare documentation for external audits.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of the Higher Education sector, as well as previous experience in a senior academic administrative role. They will be responsible for reviewing academic administrative schedules and ensuring deadlines are met, fielding or handling academic misconduct issues or complaints, and preparing any new course submission documents.
