We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scheme Manager to join our team at Peabody. As a Scheme Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the practical needs and wellbeing of our older residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide practical assistance to residents, including support with daily living tasks and ensuring their safety and security.
- Conduct site inspections to identify any issues or concerns and implement solutions to improve the scheme.
- Meet with internal and external stakeholders to effectively signpost residents to additional or specialist support.
- Lead scheme events to promote resident participation and wellbeing.
- Work closely with residents to develop and improve Peabody's services to meet their needs.
- Experience in providing support to vulnerable adults.
- Experience working in housing, with a focus on supporting older residents.
- Knowledge of record keeping and safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance.
- 30 days' annual holiday plus bank holidays.
