About the Role

As a Security Supervisor with Securitas Security Services, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to all security-related issues, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular foot patrols and perform various security duties, day and night, in all weather conditions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Engage with the public, handling situations with tact and discretion.
  • Ensure security through access control, identification checks, and locking/unlocking duties.
  • Respond to emergencies and complete reports accurately.

Essential Skills

Skills

  • Provide a proactive approach to all security-related issues throughout the duration of the duty.
  • Responding to identifiable threats, incidents, or colleague well-being support when required.
  • Maintain constant and appropriate communications with the Building Security Office, be it through radio or phone.
  • Highest level of Bearing and deportment, alert, inquisitive, visible and always have a strong security presence.
