About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Care and Support Professional to join our team at Autism Initiatives. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialist care and support to individuals with autism. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and understanding approach. These include a contributory pension scheme, generous holiday entitlements, and opportunities for training and development. Our employee recognition program acknowledges and rewards staff achievements, and we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equality.

">

Benefits: As a member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive package of benefits, including access to free autism-specific training, comprehensive induction training, and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.
