Job Overview
Senior Support Workers are sought to join Autism Initiatives, a specialist service provider. We cater to individuals with autism, supporting them in daily living activities, education, and leisure pursuits.

About the Role
You will work closely with people who use our services, fostering independence and supporting their personal goals. Our values, including respect, excellence, and empowerment, underpin our approach. This role requires an enhanced Access NI check, which we cover as part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
- Provide support in daily living activities, education, and leisure pursuits
- Foster independence and personal growth in individuals
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent
- NISCC registration or ability to register upon appointment
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 1 year
