Male Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Male Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our client with learning disabilities and autism in their own property
  • Working as part of a dedicated team to provide 24/7 care and support
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in learning disabilities care
  • Passion, resilience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
