Social Media Officer Opportunity

Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Social Media Officer to play a key role in developing and maintaining the company's social media presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, and measuring campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media tools and engagement metrics, as well as experience planning and executing social media campaigns. They will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  2. Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including writing, graphics, and video production.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
  4. Develop and oversee social media competitions and campaigns to drive engagement.
  5. Measure and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and social media posts.

Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
  2. Strong understanding of social media tools and engagement metrics.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  5. Quick learner with ability to structure thoughts and process information logically.
  6. Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and Instagram is a must.
