Job Title: Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Business Support Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office administration duties, including supplies, post, and phonebooks.
  2. Arrange digital and in-person meetings, and provide logistical support for leadership team meetings and awaydays.
  3. Support HR functions, including recruitment, annual leave, and employment records.
  4. Maintain our HR database with comprehensive employee records, ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. A team player who promotes diversity, inclusion, and equality of opportunity.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
