Job Title: Asset Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing work orders, documentation, and assets within our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS.
  • Responsible for initial triage of work orders including the identification of scope, validity of the work requested, appropriate level of planning required, and assignment of proper codes during work identification, control, and planning phases.
  • Prepare work packages for all planned maintenance activities incorporating all safety requirements local to the facility and work being performed.
  • Include estimated costs, including labor, materials, and contract services, for each work order.
Requirements:
  • BS in an Engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred.
  • Formal maintenance planning/scheduling training.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems, and thorough understanding of asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches.
  • Experience in general facilities and/or critical/regulated environments preferred (data centers, laboratories, manufacturing environments, automotive, petro-chemicals, pharmaceutical, etc.).
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types required.
Skills:
  • Proven ability to read, comprehend, and apply information from technical manuals and other reference materials.
  • Ability to make informed recommendations in situations where data sets may be incomplete.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manipulate large amounts of data accurately using different spreadsheet formats.
  • A self-starter with flexible and open-minded approach to working and drive to go "Beyond".
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Level 1 thermography certification is preferred.
  • Level 1 vibration certification is preferred.
  • Level 1 ultrasound certification is preferred.
