Job Summary:

Certain Advantage is seeking a highly skilled Group Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance and HR department, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee payroll experience across six monthly payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end processing of Group monthly payroll, including pensions uploads, payroll journals, and all HMRC requirements.
  • Administration related to employee payroll benefits, including health cash plans and P11Ds.
  • Assisting senior stakeholders with queries, reporting, and calculations.
  • Ensuring full security of the payroll and compliance, reviewing and improving processes where necessary.
  • Handling payroll, benefits, and HR queries across the Group.
  • Working closely with HR to ensure full functionality of a newly integrated holiday system.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines.
  • Consolidated experience processing complex payrolls.
  • Confident managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Proactive and collegiate in approach with strong attention to detail.
