Job Summary:
Certain Advantage is seeking a highly skilled Group Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance and HR department, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee payroll experience across six monthly payrolls.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of Group monthly payroll, including pensions uploads, payroll journals, and all HMRC requirements.
- Administration related to employee payroll benefits, including health cash plans and P11Ds.
- Assisting senior stakeholders with queries, reporting, and calculations.
- Ensuring full security of the payroll and compliance, reviewing and improving processes where necessary.
- Handling payroll, benefits, and HR queries across the Group.
- Working closely with HR to ensure full functionality of a newly integrated holiday system.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines.
- Consolidated experience processing complex payrolls.
- Confident managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proactive and collegiate in approach with strong attention to detail.
