Chemistry Equipment Maintenance Expert

Job Summary:
nGenium's new client is expanding rapidly and requires two Field Service Engineers to join their team in Cambridgeshire. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to clients, ensuring their chemistry equipment operates at optimal levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive service solutions, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, service, and repair.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed according to OEM guidelines.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients through effective communication and technical expertise.
- Providing prompt technical assistance via phone and email.
- Traveling extensively within the UK and abroad, following a 70/30 split.
Essential Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Service, focusing on laboratory, scientific, or medical equipment.
- A valid, clean driving license and eligibility to work without restrictions.
- An educational background in a scientific or engineering discipline.
We anticipate the annual salary for this position to be approximately £48,500, taking into account the location and relevant industry benchmarks.
