Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our community nursing team. As a Palliative Care Specialist Nurse, you will provide specialist palliative care support and advice for people in their own homes with a life-limiting, progressive illness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care for patients and families
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the development of palliative care services

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in palliative care
  • Current, clean driving licence and own transport
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Continuous professional development within the field of palliative care
