Children's Complex Care Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Children's Nurse to join our team as a Band 5 Children's Complex Care Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled team providing personalized specialist nursing support to children and families with complex physical health needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to children with complex health needs, including those who require invasive ventilation, oxygen therapy, and enteral feeds.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and train healthcare assistants and other team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the care needs of children and young people.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new care pathways and protocols to improve the quality of care.
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children with complex health needs, including those who require tracheostomy care and/or long-term ventilation needs.
- Ability to work flexibly and participate in a changing NHS environment.
- Valid driver's license.
