We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate learning mentor to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work with high-risk and complex pupils in the community or at home to develop a differentiated and holistic education. This will involve collaborating with educationalists, therapists, social workers, and experts in nurturing and therapeutic education to create tailored education plans that promote academic, social, and emotional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience working directly with high-risk and complex pupils in a recognized setting, such as social work, youth work, or education. Substantial experience supporting neurodiverse children with ASC and/or SEMH and an understanding of potential implications for communication, learning, and behavior patterns is also essential.

Salary and Benefits
