Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freight Business Growth Manager to join our team, specialising in air and sea freight. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and developing tailored logistics solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the air and sea freight sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, focusing on both SMEs and large enterprises.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to develop customized freight solutions that address client requirements.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of the air and sea freight sectors and their associated challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
