Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Care Assistant to join our team at Sydney Brown Court in Hadleigh. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to maintain their dignity and independence, leading fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to our customers, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Administer and store medication, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Conduct light domestic duties, such as bed making, to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Support customers through temporary or terminal illness, providing emotional and practical care.
- Assist with eating and drinking, promoting healthy habits and independence.
- Engage in social, physical, and mental stimulation activities, such as hobbies and recreation, to enhance customers' quality of life.
