Facilitator for Adults with Disabilities

National Star College is currently recruiting a Support Worker to join our team at Foundation House in Gloucester. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with adults with physical and learning disabilities, promoting empowerment, choice, and inclusion.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering individualised care plans, supporting daily living skills, and facilitating access to therapy and social activities. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, effective communication, and empathy. We offer a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing training to support your professional growth and development.
A full driving licence and willingness to drive our minibus would be beneficial, enabling you to participate in community-based activities with our residents. Interviews will be conducted throughout the advert period, and we anticipate candidates to be available to commence work within a reasonable timeframe. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £29,000-£34,000, dependent on experience and location.
