Job Summary:
Health Recruit Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spinal Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As an Advanced Practitioner in Spinal Care, you will play a key role in the operational development of our inpatient and outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Spinal Consultant to develop and implement clinical care pathways.
- Work effectively with a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Manage a patient case load efficiently and provide clear and thorough knowledge of clinical care required for patients within ward areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high standards of patient care.
Requirements:
- First Level Registered Nurse qualification.
- Degree/Master level education and post-registration qualification(s) in the field of expertise with evidence of further professional development.
- Significant experience in a senior nursing role within spinal and orthopedic surgery.
- Clear and thorough knowledge of clinical care required for patients within ward areas.
- Experience of working in a ward environment and managing the complaint process.
- Track record of achievements in clinical care and experience of working within multidisciplinary teams.
