As a Senior Community Nurse, you will play a key role in leading and managing our community nursing team, providing high-quality patient care and promoting excellent clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the community nursing team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to junior staff members.

Requirements
  • 1st Level Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Post-graduate qualification in a specialist field or equivalent experience.
  • Driving license.
