Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join our dynamic in-house legal team at Elevate. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal support on employment law matters across various business areas, handling both transactional and contentious issues.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 4+ years post-qualification experience in UK employment law and a proven ability to manage both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. You will work closely with our business leaders and HR teams to advise on legal risks, strategies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of UK and Irish employment law matters, including but not limited to employee relations, contracts, policies, disputes, and compliance issues.
  • Handle contentious employment matters, including employment tribunal claims, litigation, and settlement negotiations.
  • Draft and review employment-related contracts, policies, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders to resolve complex legal issues efficiently.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible working arrangements, including remote work options and occasional office visits to London or Dublin.
