Job Description: Complex Employment Attorney

We are looking for a talented Complex Employment Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will handle multi-jurisdictional litigation, investigations, and workplace issues involving whistleblowing, misconduct, and cases impacting corporate reputation or senior executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employment tribunal claims and High Court actions.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams on SMCR-related misconduct.
  • Support investigations for both corporate clients and senior individuals.
  • Advise on redundancies, restructurings, and senior-level exits.
  • Provide employment advice on corporate transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with NQ–3 years' PQE.
  • Strong technical grounding in employment law, with litigation experience.
  • Commercial awareness and client-focused approach.
  • Exceptional drafting skills.
  • Strong academic background.

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum.
