Job Overview

This is a permanent position that provides specialist clinical input and support to the Memory Assessment Service (MAS) multidisciplinary team and the Older People's Community Mental Health Team (OPMH CMHT).

Main Duties

  • Deliver psychological and neuropsychological assessments, specialist pre and post-diagnostic counselling, psychological intervention, formulation, and group work.
  • Facilitate indirect intervention through training, supervision, and team formulation.
  • Attend clinical MDT, referral, business, and clinical leadership meetings.
  • Provide supervision to junior psychologists, assistants, and trainees.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to integrate and collaborate with MDT colleagues.
