Experience as an Imaging Nurse

We're looking for experienced Imaging Nurses to work in various diagnostic procedures across different departments in Bermuda.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic Procedure Assistance: Prepares for and assists during various diagnostic procedures across different departments.
  • Patient Monitoring and Care: Provides comprehensive care and monitoring pre, peri, and post-procedure in the prep/recovery unit.
  • Pharmacology Expertise: Understands medications and contrast media used in Diagnostic Imaging.
  • Inventory Management: Develops and maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
  • Care Planning: Plans patient care within the department and hospital environment using expertise in Nursing, Diagnostic Imaging, and Cardiac Diagnostic procedures.
  • Health Education and Teaching: Provides relevant health education and procedural teaching to patients, caregivers, and colleagues.

Requirements:

A minimum of two years' experience as an Emergency/Critical Care Nurse, three years in Post Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and two years of experience in Intravenous (IV) Therapy are required.

A Critical Care Certificate and IV Therapy Certification are also required.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
