Job Title: Installation and Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Installation and Service Technician to join our team at https://www.energyjobline.com/sitemap. As an Installation and Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire and security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install and maintain fire and security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
  2. Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems and all other security systems.
  3. Maintain fire & security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
  4. Respond to demand service calls on all types of fire and security systems.
  5. Carry out annual service visits and respond to incoming faults raised.
  6. Apply updates and accurate descriptions of works completed via SIMPRO to inform office of progress.

Requirements:

  1. Experience of front-line customer service will be preferential.
  2. A Full UK Driving Licence.
  3. You must be flexible to travel and be part of an on-call rota. This rota is 1 week in every 4.
  4. Due to the nature of the Fire & Security industry and specific contracts, if successful, you will need to pass several background checks including a credit check, five-year referencing history and DBS check.
